In addition to presenting over 50 films from around the world, the Festival hosts several parties and special events. Everyone is welcome to join in on the festivities...it's a wonderful opportunity to interact with filmmakers and meet other festival goers like yourself.

Opening Night Party

Dance to the music of the Chandler Travis Band, eat sumptuous creations by Central House Executive Chef Amy Howell, and relax by the Bay with fellow filmgoers on the opening night of the 12th Annual Provincetown International Film Festival.

Daily Breakfast With...

The "Breakfast With..." series offers intimate gatherings with filmmakers, actors and film industry professionals as they discuss behind-the-scenes aspects of independent filmmaking.

Join us in celebrating the 50th anniversary of PSYCHO, perhaps the most famous thriller/horror film of all time, and one of Hitchcock's best! Followed by a rare 35mm presentation of the most beloved exploitation film of all time, FASTER, PUSSYCAT! KILL! KILL! - enjoying its 45th anniversary and currently being remade by Quentin Tarantino. See the original first! PYSCHO (1960, Dir. Alfred Hitchcock, 109 min., USA) and FASTER, PUSSYCAT! KILL! KILL! (1965, Dir. Russ Meyer, 83 min., USA)

Join us for complimentary light buffet and cash bar as the Great Provincetown Schooner Regatta announces its 2010 program and launches Sail In The Arts with the Film Festival.

The Waterford Inn is graciously donating a portion of proceeds from the bar and also from dinner reservations for the evening (made in advance) to benefit both non-profits. HBO DOCUMENTARY FILMS PANEL

Lottery winners, a transformative dance school in East Harlem, and a single act of kindness that led one man from Kenya to Harvard - these are some of the subjects of the HBO summer documentary series. Come meet the creative minds behind these stories and hear how they brought their stories to life. Open to all pass holders and all with ticket stubs from the HBO Documentary Films at the festival: Lucky, A Small Act, The Spirit of Salsa and Music by Prudence. Individual Tickets available as well.
